Archivematica addresses complex technical issues using a sophisticated integration of software, networking components and ongoing analysis by domain experts. Given the moving target of digital preservation, systems like Archivematica will require ongoing analysis, maintenance and support, whether that’s provided by on-site staff or by a third-party contractor like Artefactual.
If your organization does not have the technical staff to provide ongoing maintenance for your Archivematica-based digital preservation services, Artefactual provides an annual maintenance agreement to keep your system up-to-date and working optimally to ensure your organization can meet its mandate to provide preserve and protect its digital collections.
What’s included:
- Initial installation and configuration on your servers
- Remote login (VPN/SSH) by our technicians for initial installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, and support
- Direct telephone or support@artefactual.com access to our support technicians during business hours
- Guaranteed one business day response to email and voicemail messages
- All support incidents to result in either an answer to your question, a solution to your problem, or an issue filed in our bug tracking system with a release priority
- Twelve support tickets for noncritical issues
- Integration with supported access systems, including AtoM*
- Support for AtoM if installed
*Price discount for renewals may be available if no access system integration is required

AtoM annual maintenance agreement
AtoM is open-source software and available as a free download at the accesstomemory.org website. If your organization does not have the technical staff to provide ongoing maintenance for an AtoM site, Artefactual provides an annual maintenance agreement to keep your system up-to-date and working optimally to ensure your organization can meet its mandate to arrange and describe its holdings and make them available online.
