Winter has arrived and with it holidays and reflections. As we prepare for 2026, we look back at 2025 and take the lessons we have learned with us. We already knew that people were passionate about the AtoM  and Archivematica  projects, but we learned that outreach to connect the community with the project maintainers can lead to more successful project contributions. This is not quite the last community post of the year, but 2025 is nearly to a close and preparations are underway for next year already. Both the AtoM  and the Archivematica  roadmaps have been updated to reflect the current work on each project. Each project is working towards a release (AtoM 2.10.1 and Archivematica 1.19), so expect further announcements soon. In the meantime, follow along with the roadmaps and GitHub milestones.
