Joel is responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of all client projects at Artefactual. Joel manages a team of project managers, archivists, developers and support engineers to deliver consulting, software development and implementation services. He also serves as a solution architect on major procurement projects.

Prior to joining Artefactual as a consultant in 2016, Joel held senior technical roles in the banking sector, both in Canada and the UK.  He holds a B.Sc. Information Systems and Management from the University of London (UK) and has been delivering successful IT projects for over 20 years.
