Eleanor joined the Support Team in September 2021 as a co-op student and now works with Artefactual part-time. Eleanor is responsible for deploying and upgrading instances of Archivematica and AtoM and providing application support for Artefactual clients. She is also contributing to the development of the monitoring and logging system at Artefactual. Eleanor has previous experience in training and improving work processes at Amazon. She’s enjoying applying her experience to learning and troubleshooting the technical intricacies of digital preservation and archival description.
