Arpan joined the Support Team in May 2022 as a co-op student from Douglas College enrolled in the Computer Studies and Information Systems program. She is responsible for deploying and upgrading instances of Archivematica and AtoM and providing application support for Artefactual clients. She has experience in analysing data and managing technical issues at her previous job. She aspires to become a Data Analysts in future and is slowly working her way there with this current position.
